The Service is provided for informational, spiritual, and entertainment-oriented purposes only. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical, mental health, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. We do not warrant that any prediction, recommendation, remedy, or insight will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances.

3. Third-Party Infrastructure

The Service may rely on third-party providers, infrastructure, software development kits, payment processors, cloud services, analytics tools, and AI or language model services.

Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Certain functionality depends on third-party systems outside our direct control.
• Availability, latency, interruptions, content filtering, or service limitations imposed by third parties may affect the Service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require an Account. You agree that:

6. Payments, Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service require payment, subscription, or the use of virtual credits such as KCoins.

• Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, platform billing systems, app marketplace billing providers, or other approved payment partners, depending on the platform, product, and applicable law or platform rules.
• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the fees, taxes, and recurring subscription amounts associated with your purchase.
• Subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the rules of the applicable billing provider, app marketplace, or payment platform.

Prices, offers, free trials, packaging, feature availability, and virtual credit rules may change at any time to the extent permitted by law. Taxes may be added where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, the applicable billing provider or app marketplace rules where relevant, and any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.

• Virtual credits, digital goods, and delivered services are generally non-refundable once made available, used, consumed, or credited, except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
• Where a platform operator, app marketplace, or billing provider controls the transaction, that provider may process or govern refunds in accordance with its applicable policies and the law.
• We may, but are not obligated to, grant discretionary refunds, credits, or remedial access in limited circumstances such as duplicate charges or verified technical failures.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are owned by the Company or its licensors. This includes, without limitation:

• Software
• Branding
• Graphics
• Text
• Algorithms
• AI-generated responses

No ownership rights are transferred to you. Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Without limitation, we do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
• Any astrological interpretation, prediction, or insight will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
• The Service will meet your personal requirements, expectations, or intended outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Actions or decisions taken in reliance on content, predictions, remedies, or outputs made available through the Service.
• Loss of data, loss of access, deletion of content, account compromise, or business interruption.
• Third-party outages, platform restrictions, billing failures, or provider-side service interruptions.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including financial loss, emotional distress, reputational harm, or loss of opportunity.

Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may, at any time and without liability except as required by law:

• Modify the Service or any feature.
• Suspend access to all or part of the Service.

Features available during promotional periods or trials may differ from those in paid plans or future releases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any non-waivable consumer rights or mandatory jurisdiction rules, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions to the extent permitted by law.
