- Usage Data means technical and activity information collected automatically from the use of the Service.
- You means the individual who accesses or uses the Service, or the person on whose behalf such access or use is made where permitted by law.

Types of Data Collected
Personal Data You Provide
Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information directly from you:
- Account identifiers such as your email address and first name, and, if you choose, your last name.
- Birth and profile information, including your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and gender, to generate and maintain horoscope, chart, and related astrological outputs.
- Optional life event information you voluntarily provide, such as marriage, childbirth, relocation, or job changes, where used to personalize outputs you request.
- Questions, prompts, messages, and related AI-generated responses necessary to provide continuity, support, and requested Service functionality.
- Support and correspondence information when you contact us.
Usage Data
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:
- Device and application information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and diagnostic data.
- Push notification token or similar device identifier only where required to deliver notifications you enable.
- IP address, coarse network information, and security event data.
- Feature usage, session events, screen interactions, crash logs, and performance metrics.
- Approximate regional inference based on IP address for security, fraud prevention, and experience defaults. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature requiring it is expressly made available and enabled by you.
Local Storage, Cookies, and Preferences
The App may use local device storage and comparable technologies to maintain your session, store preferences, support core functionality, and measure performance. The App does not use browser cookies to track you across unrelated apps or services.
Android App Permissions
The App may request device or operating-system permissions where needed to provide functionality you elect to use. We only access permission-gated data when required for the relevant feature and, where applicable, after the disclosures and permission prompts required by the applicable operating system, marketplace, or platform:
- Internet / Network Access (required): to connect to our servers and deliver predictions and chats.
- Local device storage (required for session continuity): to store basic app data locally, such as session information and preferences. We do not use this for unrelated access to your personal files.
- Notifications (optional): to send reminders, account notices, updates, and consultation alerts. You may disable notifications in your device settings.
How We Use Your Data
We use Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data only for legitimate business, operational, legal, and Service-related purposes that are compatible with user expectations and applicable law, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service: including account authentication, chart generation, predictions, consultations, AI interactions, and customer support.
- Personalize requested outputs: using birth details and optional context you voluntarily provide.

- Communicate with you: including service notices, authentication messages, important account notices, support replies, and notifications you have enabled.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data, and we do not permit third parties to use your data for their own independent advertising purposes. Where required by law, consent, or platform rule, we will rely on the appropriate legal basis or provide the required user choice.

How We Share Your Data
We do not sell personal and sensitive user data. We do not disclose Personal Data to third parties for their own independent marketing or advertising purposes.

- Service Providers: for hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications delivery, customer support tooling, security operations, and payment processing, subject to contractual restrictions and lawful processing obligations.

- Account, profile, chart, and consultation records are generally retained while your Account remains active and for a reasonable period thereafter for security, operational continuity, fraud prevention, and dispute management.
- Chat history and horoscope records may remain available unless deleted by you, removed by us in accordance with our retention rules, or erased as part of account deletion.
- Usage Data is ordinarily retained for shorter internal analytics, performance, and security periods unless longer retention is justified by law, security, or dispute requirements.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information may be processed in India and in other jurisdictions where we or our Service Providers operate. Where cross-border transfers occur, we implement reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the applicable legal framework.
Delete or Access Your Personal Data

- Birth charts: you may delete saved charts within the App where that control is made available.
- Conversations: you may delete conversations within the App where that control is made available.
- Access, correction, or deletion requests: if a requested action cannot be completed in the App, contact us at info@aipandit.co.in.
Account Deletion
If the App allows account creation, we provide a readily discoverable method to initiate account deletion from within the App and outside the App. You may submit an account deletion request from the App or through our publicly accessible web resource at /account-deletion. When an account deletion request is completed, we delete or de-identify associated account data except where retention is required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Data deleted with your account generally cannot be restored.
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Data deleted with your account cannot be restored.
- Saved charts, profiles, chat history, insights, and associated user settings linked to the Account will ordinarily be deleted.
- Unused virtual items, entitlements, and wallet balances associated solely with the deleted Account may be lost and may not be restored or refunded except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
- We may retain limited records that are reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment reconciliation, tax, accounting, chargeback management, or dispute resolution.
Security of Your Personal Data
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. These measures include:
- Encryption in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Access controls, logging, and least-privilege access to production systems.
- Secure cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and operational safeguards.
No security measure is infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted Personal Data to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
