Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 14, 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to purchases of digital goods, subscriptions, virtual credits, and related paid features offered through AI Pandit by AIPANDIT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, platform billing terms, and any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

1. General Policy

Because the Service primarily consists of digital content, subscriptions, virtual credits, and on-demand digital functionality, cancellations and refunds are limited.

Except where required by law, expressly provided in this policy, or mandated by the applicable billing platform, all sales are final once digital content, virtual credits, or paid access has been delivered, activated, consumed, or made available.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable statutory rights that may apply to you under applicable consumer protection law.

2. KCoins Purchases

AI Pandit may use KCoins or similar virtual credits for access to eligible in-app features and digital services.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase:

  • KCoin purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchase is completed and the credits are made available to the Account.
  • KCoins are platform-limited virtual credits. They have no cash value, are not banked funds, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.
  • KCoins may not be transferred, resold, assigned, or exchanged outside the Service.
  • Promotional credits, bonus credits, and complimentary entitlements may be subject to separate conditions, expiry, revocation, or forfeiture.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances and at our discretion, except where a refund is required by law or processed by the applicable billing provider, app marketplace, or platform under its governing rules.

Technical Issues

A material technical failure directly attributable to us prevents delivery of the purchased digital item or service, and we are unable to cure the issue within a reasonable time.

Duplicate Payments

You were charged more than once for the same order because of a verified billing or system error.

Service Not Delivered

A purchased entitlement was not delivered because of a confirmed system failure and cannot reasonably be restored or re-delivered.

Refund review does not guarantee refund approval. We may instead provide corrective service delivery, replacement access, or a credit adjustment where appropriate and lawful.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must follow the process applicable to the payment channel used for the purchase:

  • Marketplace or platform purchases: if your purchase was made through an app marketplace, platform billing system, or other third-party billing provider, you may also be required to submit or manage the refund request through that provider in accordance with its then-current policies.
  • Direct support review: email info@aipandit.co.in promptly, and in any event no later than 48 hours after the issue is discovered, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Include your order ID, registered email address, transaction details, device information if relevant, and a clear description of the issue.
  • We may request additional information reasonably necessary to validate the claim.

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method, or through the applicable billing platform, unless otherwise required by law or platform rules.
  • Processing time may vary based on your payment method, financial institution, and billing platform.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally not eligible for refund, except where required by law:

  • KCoins or other virtual credits that have been credited, used, consumed, or partially consumed.
  • Digital reports, readings, consultations, or other content that has been delivered, unlocked, generated, accessed, downloaded, or materially consumed.
  • Free, trial, promotional, bonus, or complimentary items and services.
  • Requests that are incomplete, unverifiable, fraudulent, abusive, or submitted outside the applicable claim window, unless a longer period applies by law.

6. Cancellation Policy

Because most digital services are fulfilled immediately or near-immediately:

  • A purchase generally cannot be cancelled once fulfillment has started or the digital entitlement has been delivered or made available.
  • Where a technical issue prevents fulfillment, we may elect to re-deliver the service, restore access, or issue an equivalent credit adjustment instead of a cash refund, unless a cash refund is required by law or platform rules.

7. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways, app marketplace billing systems, platform billing providers, or other approved payment mechanisms, depending on the transaction type, platform, and applicable rules.

Where a third-party billing provider or marketplace controls the transaction:

  • That provider's billing, cancellation, subscription management, and refund rules may control the mechanics and timing of the refund.
  • Users should manage eligible subscriptions through the relevant marketplace, platform account settings, or billing-provider interface.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment processors, or third-party billing platforms.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, and strictly at our discretion unless otherwise required by law, we may approve alternative remediation in situations such as:

  • Verified duplicate charges.
  • Documented platform-wide outages affecting a material number of users.
  • Other extraordinary circumstances where denial of relief would be clearly unreasonable and not inconsistent with law or platform policy.

Any exception granted in one instance does not create an obligation to grant the same result in any other case.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
