Step 1
How to delete your account
You can delete your account directly inside the AI Pandit Android app by going to Account Settings > Delete Account and completing the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing info@aipandit.co.in.
Step 2
Request details
- You must send your request from the same email address that you use to log in to your AI Pandit account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your full name and any details needed to identify the account safely.
- If you can access the app, you may also delete your account directly from Account Settings > Delete Account.
Step 3
What you will lose
- Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Data deleted with your account cannot be restored.
- All your saved birth charts and profiles will be deleted.
- Your chat history and insights will be deleted.
- All remaining KCoins and wallet transaction history will be permanently deleted and cannot be refunded or restored.
- All active subscriptions and purchase history will be permanently removed and cannot be refunded or restored.
- All purchased reports, horoscope readings, and digital goods will be permanently lost and cannot be refunded or restored.
- Your personalized settings and preferences will be deleted.
Step 4
What we may retain
- Records we must keep to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or audit obligations.
- Limited records needed for fraud prevention, security, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.
- Limited transaction or subscription records where retention is required by law or payment-processing obligations.
Step 5
Processing timeline
- We will send an acknowledgment email after we receive your request.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before we process deletion.
- After successful verification, we aim to complete account deletion within 7 business days.
- If additional legal or security review is required, the process may take longer.

Changed your mind?
If you do not want to delete your full account, you can still remove specific data directly inside the app.
- Delete chat history: open the Chat section, open your conversation list, and use the delete option on the conversation you want to remove.
- Delete birth charts: open the Charts section, select the saved birth chart, and use the delete option to remove it.
